Flourish Reset: A 7-Day Biblical Reset for Mind, Body & Purpose

Flourish Reset is a gentle, faith-based 7-day online wellness program for women ready to slow down, heal burnout, restore balance, and realign their lives with God’s purpose. Designed by Kimberly Coleman, LMT & Doula Trainer, founder of Services By Kim and Project Flourish Living, this transformational reset blends biblical wisdom, holistic health coaching, emotional wellness, and self-care practices to create lasting change. Throughout this guided experience, women will reconnect with their God-given worth, regulate their nervous system, build sustainable self-care rhythms, establish healthy boundaries, and strengthen their spiritual life through scripture, prayer, reflection, and meditation. Each day includes short teachings, biblical examples, journaling prompts, guided prayer or meditation, and practical exercises designed to support emotional healing, stress relief, and spiritual growth. Participants will also complete a Wheel of Life self-assessment to gain clarity on key life areas such as physical health, relationships, finances, emotional well-being, spiritual life, personal growth, social life, and work-life balance. On the final day, women will create three aligned SMART goals to support sustainable lifestyle changes and long-term transformation.
