Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Kimberly Coleman is a licensed massage therapist, certified doula, educator, and holistic health coach dedicated to supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, chronic pain, and life transitions. She is the Founder & CEO of Services By Kim, a women-centered wellness brand offering trauma-informed bodywork, birth support, education, and coaching.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University and completed her massage therapy training at the Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies. Her clinical background includes Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, acupressure, fascial release, and prenatal massage, all delivered through a nervous-system-aware and consent-based approach.

She is a multi-certified doula trained through Harbor Birth Institute, Blissful Birthing, B.A.B.Y. Inc., and Homeland Heart Birth Collective. Kimberly is also the creator of the Birth-Informed Touch Provider™ Certification Program, a professional designation for massage therapists, doulas, and birth-adjacent practitioners seeking ethical, trauma-informed support for pregnant, laboring, and postpartum clients.

In addition to her work in birth and bodywork, Kimberly leads Project Flourish Living, a holistic health coaching program focused on nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and sustainable well-being for women navigating burnout and chronic stress.

Guided by her Christian faith, Kimberly believes true healing begins within and that women thrive when they are supported, rested, and aligned in body, mind, and spirit. Through her work, she invites women and wellness professionals alike to release the “superwoman” mindset and step into their soft era—a season of grounded care, balance, and purpose.
