The QUARTZ Package includes: ~Continuous prenatal support from a Birthwork Through Touch Doula ~One-on-one Prenatal Lactation Session with Specialist via Zoom ~SBK Birth Plan Template with complementary "Blueprint to Empowered Birth" Online Course ~SBK "The Empowered Mama" Online Childbirth Course ~Prenatal Birth Prep Home Visit with doula ~Labor & Delivery (at home and/or medical facility) ~4-hours of Virtual or In-Person Lactation Consult (DoitwithSelahLLC) ~60-Minute Full Body Massage (Prenatal or Postnatal) ~Postpartum Doula, Mobile Massage, and Placental Service Referral List Provided During delivery, the doula is in constant and close proximity to the mother in order to provide comfort with pain-relief. This includes breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, massage therapy, and laboring positions. A doula acts as an advocate for the mother, encouraging and helping her fulfill specific desires she might have for her birth. The goal is to help the birthing family experience a positive and safe birth, whether an un-medicated birth or a cesarean. All Birthwork Through Touch Doulas are trained, mentored, and supervised by Services By Kim owner Kimberly Coleman. Services By Kim doula services are unique compared to others because Kimberly matches her doulas to best fit the individual needs of each family. We offers massage therapy during labor and delivery as well as continuous support leading up to and after labor. We serves mothers-to-be in the Middle Tennessee area as well as surrounding areas. FINANCIAL AID OPPORTUNITES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST *Client can choose to have Kimberly or a Birthwork Through Touch Doula to assist the birth.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24HRS before your scheduled session. Any client that needs to cancel or reschedule the same day as your appointment is subject to forfeiting the non-refundable 50% deposit. You are not permitted to transfer your deposit to the rescheduled. Please contact Kimberly directly to discuss this additional payment concern. Thank you.
